Job Description:
Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision.
Creates and implements progressive and innovative staffing practices that support the strategic vision of the company.
Evaluates current programs and initiatives and makes recommendations for changes best on industry best practices.
Advises leadership and serves as a subject matter expert.
Administers internal talent projects meant to keep a pulse on organizational health, workforce needs, and trends.
Partners with people managers in identifying talent gaps and formulating ways to fill them.
Completes staffing assessments to determine the needs of the organization.
Configures and maintains recruitment systems according to results of staffing assessments.
Coordinates manager recruitment training events including all logistics.
Conducts routine audits of internal processes and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
