Job Description:



* Strategy and Execution: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs execution excellence to drive business outcomes


* Responsible for demand forecast and business cycle (Business planning and long range financial planning) and budge management


* Sales Engagement: Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, sharing research findings, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.


* Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs.

Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business


* Develop KPI and monitor the performance and performs advanced sales and competitive analysis


* Conducts and evaluates market research associated with research agency


* Develop and collaborate for partnerships with medical societies, key opinion leaders, customers

Qualifications/任职要求:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years' sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong analytical and creative thinking with good project management ability

• Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player

• Fluent in both oral and written English
