THE OPPORTUNITY

An experienced Product Specialist is sought by our Biosurgery team (formally Ethicon) covering the stunning Gold Coast and Northern NSW .

The role offers substantial opportunities across various surgical specialties including General, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery and Orthopaedics.

You will partner with surgeons, nurses and procurement staff throughout the hospital, from the operation theatre to the C-suite, developing long-term relationships to drive sales growth, meeting targets and aid exception patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES



* Responsible for developing and maintain key clinical relationships which foster product adoption.


* Sell designated clinical products (e.g.

NPI) within a specific geographical territory using surgeon or account-based business plans which drive action and outcomes in a timely manner.


* Providing monthly objective and sales data which identify opportunities and risks and update to Business Manager-Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of the range of JJM products and services to leverage business opportunities.


* Conduct sales activity in a way which develops customer confidence and meets their needs.


* Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
