Position: EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS (ERLR) Partner, BENE

Location: Leiden, The Netherlands

Role: Full-time, permanent

Introduction and Overview

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) Partner, BENE, located in Leiden in the Netherlands.

In this role you will be managing/advising in all Employee Relations matters, such as grievance, discipline and performance management, employment policy interpretation and Labor Relations matters which include consultation/negotiations with Work Councils.

You will proactively provide expert testimony in legal proceedings related to labor and employee relations.

You drive initiatives to increase Employment and Labor Relations awareness towards our Business Leaders and employees and you are the person to go when it comes to coaching and advising our workforce on Employment and Labor Relations matters.

You will work on daily operational and more strategic projects and build strong partnership with business leaders and other HR partners (Talent Acquisition (TA), Total Rewards (TR), Business Unit HR partners (BUHR), in the region.

You will be joining a BENE ERLR team, embedded in the broader (global services) HR function, however specialized in the field of employee and labor relations, responsible for all ERLR matters in the Netherlands and some ER matters in Belgium.

This role reports into ERLR BENE Cluster Lead, in the Global Services HR organization.
