Under the general direction of a Projects Supervisor, the Projects Technician I performs skilled maintenance across various disciplines, including the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities.

The Projects Technician I erects small structures, executing complex alterations, performing repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry, as well as painting surfaces and operating power equipment.

This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operations.

Requires availability for emergency call-in.
