The company is continuing its exponential growth and looking for leaders and team members to support and drive its continued success. Vitu currently has offices in California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

Position Location: 

The candidate should reside near one of the following cities: San Diego, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, Vista, Poway, El Cajon. 

Position Overview
The Field Support Associate (FSA) is an entry level position that is responsible for assisting the Account Executives with the following DMVdesk related duties:


* Live scanning (fingerprinting)


* Vin verifications


* DMVdesk Logbook cleanup


* Computer, printer, and monitor setups


* Drafting floor plans and document collection


* Software installation


* Assist with DMV document preparation


* Assists with DMVdesk technical support tickets

The Field Support Associate works very closely with Account Executives within a region to ensure that all clients are seen on a regular basis and that all issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

As part of ongoing education for the position, the Field Support Associate will:


* Attend RMP online classes


* Learn the rules and regulations on various DMV transactions


* Ride-along with the Registration Support team to assist with the processing of DMV paperwork


* Learn how to complete DMV paperwork


* Learn the Business Partner Automation regulations


* Learn how to use DMVdesk

Compensation: Hourly $20 - $24 

Required skills:


* Able to deliver a high level of customer service


* Excellent communication and training skills


* Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills


* Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)


* Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment


* Time management skills


* Ability to work either alone or on a team, with limited supervision


* Must be self-motivated and eager to learn
