Behavior Analyst

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 What You'll Do:


* Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plans


* Lead clinical decision-making using ABA principles


* Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to staff and caregivers


* Analyze data to inform intervention strategies and outcomes


* Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation


* Participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary support team


* Promote a person-centered, ethical, growth-minded environment

What You Bring:


* Master's degree from an accredited university in behavioral or social science or related field, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or Master of Social Work (MSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)


* Demonstrated competency in developing, implementing and monitoring behavioral programs.


* Experience in crisis management in an environment similar to that to which they are assigned


* Must have an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agency's insurance carrier and policy
