Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview:
The Onboarding Specialist will oversee the onboarding process for North America (NAM) customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless asset connectivity.

This position requires close coordination with internal teams and assisting customers with software installation to enable asset monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:


* Manage the complete onboarding process for customers in NAM regions (USA & Canada).


* Initiate and monitor customer contact attempts via email and phone, adhering to defined timelines.


* Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to engage customers effectively.


* Maintain accurate communication records and ensure compliance with global onboarding standards.


* Guide customers through asset connectivity steps and provide basic troubleshooting support during software setup.

Technical Skills:


* Basic understanding of operating systems: Windows, Linux, VMware.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and connectivity concepts

Education: Graduate in any technical discipline
