About the Role

As Performance Marketer BeNe, reporting to our offices in Ukkel, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, enhance channel performance, and ensure impactful campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Digital Marketing BeNe, you'll play a key role in driving measurable results and aligning marketing efforts with business priorities.

What You'll Do



* Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.


* Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic, including a future-proof GEO strategy.


* Qualify leads to ensure high-quality opportunities for sales teams.


* Collaborate with BU leads, digital marketing, channel marketing, and sales to maximize ROI.


* Coordinate with external agencies on data projects and reporting.


* Understand and challenge the end-to-end customer journey, providing insights for continuous improvement.


* Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For



* 2+ years of experence in a B2B environment.


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or Data Analytics.


* Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French.


* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.


* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and performance metrics.


* Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices.


* Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) and web quality tools (CrownPeak preferred).


* Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms.


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


* Ability to manage projects end-to-end: insights - recommendations - testing - reporting.
