Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for a Materials Technician II (2nd Shift) in our Shipping Department.

This position is responsible for the coordination and movement of materials within the packaging operations and other areas as required.

Responsibilities:


* Operate equipment and perform duties as related to functional area of assignment, listed below, and be familiar with safety, environmental, and emergency procedures for equipment in that functional area.


* Provide backup to the Shipping Coordinator


* Review W.O.

to determine the next procedure to process product and communicate with respective area that they have material.


* Setup and run inventory scale and dumping apparatus.


* Accurately input data into computer systems to record production quantities through work order completions.


* Take appropriate action to correct identified inaccuracies.
