What You'll Do

As an LVN at Ridgeway Post Acute, you will play an essential role in delivering compassionate and attentive care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Providing direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines


* Assisting with medication administration and treatments


* Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident needs


* Documenting care accurately and efficiently


* Responding calmly and effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations


* Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment

What We're Looking For


* Active California LVN license


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but not required


* Reliable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Availability to work weekend shifts consistently
