Job responsibilities


* Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors


* Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others


* Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java, Python, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Spring Boot)


* Architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with performance and resiliency in mind.


* Drive platform engineering initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into SDLC pipelines and operational dashboards.


* Maintain and optimize VMware environments including ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter, with automation-first principles.


* Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes


* Architect and implement automation workflows for provisioning, monitoring, and compliance enforcement.


* Develop AI models for capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and simulation test classification using supervised and unsupervised techniques.


* Integrate ML models into infrastructure platforms to enable predictive alerts, dynamic workload orchestration, and real-time decision making
