Job responsibilities

* Collaborate with finance, product, and technology teams to integrate financial reporting systems across departments for seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.


* Serve as the primary interface with senior financial leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus on financial technology objectives and reporting requirements.


* Oversee complex projects related to financial reporting, including system design, testing, and operational stability, ensuring timely and successful delivery.


* Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders to adopt innovative financial technology solutions that improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.


* Advocate for best practices in financial reporting, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Software Engineering, with a focus on leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations


* Proven experience in developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists, particularly within the financial technology sector.


* Experience managing technology teams working with Big Data technologies (Spark, Databricks), Cloud Infrastructure(AWS, Azure), UI (React) development, and Java programming.


* Demonstrated ability to influence across highly matrixed, complex organizations and deliver value at scale.
