Salary: $115,000-$125,000 + Bonus Eligible

The Role

Reporting to the company President, we’re seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and sustain IPA’s CI culture, driving measurable business performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

What You’ll Do


* Develop and lead IPA’s enterprise-wide CI strategy aligned with business objectives and operational excellence goals.


* Partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.


* Lead structured problem-solving and Kaizen events focused on waste reduction, throughput, and safety.


* Leverage data-driven analysis to identify root causes and deliver sustainable performance gains.


* Coach and mentor teams to strengthen problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.


* Measure and communicate CI outcomes through data visualization and success stories that connect improvement work to business results.

What You Bring


* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (advanced degree preferred).


* 5+ years of experience leading Continuous Improvement in manufacturing or operations.


* Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent CI credential preferred.


* Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.


* Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.


* Proven ability to influence, motivate, and engage cross-functional teams.
