Senior Manager, Commercial Data Solutions

The Senior Manager, Commercial Data Solutions at Trinity Life Sciences is a management team position focused on delivery of end-to-end data management solutions that provide data-driven insights and analytics to life sciences clients.

This key client-facing position involves overseeing long-term engagements that include data aggregation, master data management, data warehousing, and analytics.

The Senior Manager ensures overall delivery with an emphasis on speed, accuracy and agility, managing client communications, and driving value management.

The role requires deep life sciences data domain experience and expertise, strong analytical skills, technical proficiency (e.g., SQL, R, Python), and proven project leadership. 

Key responsibilities


* Project and team management: Manage and mentor a team of analysts and consultants, overseeing multiple projects from start to finish.


* Data analysis and management: Design and perform analyses using various data sources (e.g., claims, activity, sales data) and ensure data quality.


* Client communication: Clearly communicate analytical methods, findings, and engagement updates to cross-functional client teams.


* Technical and strategic contribution: Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the enhancement of Commercial Data Solutions offerings.


* Value Management: Support business development activities, including needs assessment, scoping, and proposal creation. 

Essential skills and experience


* Experience: 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or commercial operations within the life sciences industry.


* Technical skills: Strong proficiency in tools like SQL, R, Python, and MS Excel.

Knowledge of VBA is often preferred.


* Analytical skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.


* Soft skills: Strong communication, project management, and team-oriented skills are crucial.


* Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field is typically required.
