Position Summary

The Lead Analyst, Monarch Offer Development designs, builds, and governs commercial offers for the Monarch platform.

This role owns product configuration, deal design, compliance guardrails, and financial modeling for assigned product lines and customers for Monarch.

As the subject-matter expert, the Lead Analyst partners closely with Offer Development Managers/Directors, KAM, Sales, Legal/Compliance, Service, and Finance across both Monarch and US Surgery teams.

The Lead Analyst will work to deliver scalable, compliant, and commercially compelling offers that support strategic objectives for the Monarch brand and will support CPC presentations for both customer proposals and program development, amendment, and renewal.

Minimum Education:                                            


* Bachelor’s degree required

Related Experience:      


* 4+ years professional experience across Commercial roles, finance, or Healthcare preferred


* Data Analytics experience required
