?️ Your Role

As an SLP at Whitney Oaks Care Center, you will:


* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders


* Develop individualized treatment plans to support resident goals


* Provide therapy that enhances safety, quality of life, and functional communication


* Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and care teams for the best resident outcomes


* Document services in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

✅ What We're Looking For


* Current California SLP license


* Passion for working with seniors in a post-acute/long-term care setting


* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
