Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend

Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team.

You'll provide and oversee high-quality clinical care, mentor team members, and ensure our residents receive the attention and respect they deserve.

Responsibilities


* Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams


* Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence

Qualifications


* Current RN license in the State of Alaska


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Compassionate and dependable with a commitment to quality care


* Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred, but not required
