Here, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive, collaborative environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.

✨ What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat residents according to individualized care plans


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes


* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and support staff


* Provide training to nursing staff and families to support residents' independence


* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

? Qualifications:


* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of California (in good standing)


* Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
