? What You'll Do as a CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hemet Hills Post Acute, you'll be a vital part of our care team, helping residents with daily activities and supporting their journey to recovery.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility


* Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions


* Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support


* Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals


* Creating smiles and making someone's day—every day!
