Overview

The Director of Implementation & Delivery is responsible for driving the execution of high-impact initiatives across hospitality operations and technology.

This role ensures the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, ranging from operational efficiencies, AI-driven innovation, automation, and core business platforms by meeting timelines, maintaining scope, and delivering measurable business value.

Acting as the bridge between operations, technology, and leadership, the Director leads cross-functional execution, aligns stakeholders, and fosters a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.

Leadership and Strategy


* Translate strategic priorities into actionable projects and delivery roadmaps.


* Coordinate initiatives across departments and disciplines to ensure unified execution.

Program and Delivery Oversight


* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-property projects spanning hospitality systems, guest-experience platforms, enterprise and internal applications.


* Oversee the full delivery lifecycle including intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, testing, and deployment.


* Implement PMO best practices across the organization, balancing structure with flexibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


* Facilitate alignment between corporate teams, hotel operations, and technology partners to ensure initiatives meet operational needs.


* Manage vendor relationships and hold external partners accountable for delivery and performance.


* Promote open communication and transparent reporting across all stakeholder levels.
