Unit Supervisor

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day Shift role.

Monday - Friday 8-5.

You will work at the N.

Bell School Rd.

Medical Center in Rockford.

Additional components of compensation may include:
• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications


* Current Illinois nurse license or Associate Degree.

Work Experience


* 2 years healthcare supervisory experience.

Licenses & Certifications


* Excellent problem solving and communication skills.


* Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.


* Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization and community.


* Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
