Intertek's Building Science Solutions (BSS) group is primarily focused on building enclosure consulting, commissioning, and field performance testing for new construction and retrofit projects.

What are we looking for?

The ideal Building Enclosure Consultant / Project Manager will have experience and interest in building enclosure and building envelope consulting for both new and existing buildings.

They will support project execution by coordinating project tasks, contributing technical expertise, collaborating with project teams, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities include helping manage project schedules and deliverables, assisting with mentoring junior staff, supporting business development activities, and ensuring high-quality technical work in client reports and deliverables.

This position will travel up to 25% outside the local area, dependent on project load.

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-6PM

What you'll do:

+ Perform with new design consulting and peer reviews of plans and specifications for building enclosures

+ Perform review of architectural drawings, shop drawings and submittals pertaining to the buildingenclosure

+ Assist with/perform field performance testing and water leakage testing of roofing and waterproofing systems, windows, curtain walls, and other building elements.
