You will partner with cross-functional teams to iterate and scale learning models aligned with organizational goals.

​Essential Job Functions:


* Lead the design and delivery of high-quality content and learning experiences grounded in Skills-based Education principles (learner-centered, authentic, active, and differentiated learning).


* Serve as the learning design expert, advocating for the learner perspective and pedagogical integrity throughout course development.


* Drive end-to-end course development projects ensuring quality, scalability, and measurable impact.


* Evaluate course content and learning objectives for pedagogical effectiveness and accessibility, incorporating universal design principles.


* Leverage data, analytics, and learner feedback to iterate on course design and improve engagement and outcomes.


* Integrate emerging learning technologies to create innovative, personalized learning experiences.


* Contribute to and uphold Penn Foster’s Quality of Learning standards by implementing measurable improvements to course quality.


* Stay up to date with advancements in learning science, online education, and educational technology to ensure learning solutions remain innovative and evidence-based.
