What You'll Do


* Deliver high-quality occupational therapy per state licensure.


* Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, set goals, and educate families.


* Supervise COTAs, rehab aides, and students as applicable.


* Maintain documentation and compliance with professional standards.


* Participate in department development and quality initiatives.

What We're Looking For


* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.


* Active Oregon OT license, unencumbered.


* CPR certification.


* Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources preferred.


* Professionalism, strong communication, and passion for patient care.
