Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week.

Scheduled shifts are Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Medical Interpreter to:


* Provide accurate and professional Spanish interpretation to UW Health patients, families and staff in a wide variety of settings and specialty areas.


* Assist the Manager with daily operations such as scheduling interpreter appointments, processing interpreter payments and maintaining the interpreter database.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma Required


* Post-high school related coursework/degree Preferred

Work Experience



* 1 year of interpretation experience Required


* Healthcare interpretation experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* National healthcare interpreter certification (CHI) Upon Hire Required
