Staff Project Manager is responsible for executing all phases of site wide capital projects that enable the continuous improvement of our world class manufacturing platforms and supporting systems.
You will be directly responsible for leading a variety of projects from concept to delivery and act as the technical lead accountable for scope development, schedule execution, budget adherence with a focus on construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accountable individual for delivering site priority capital projects that span equipment upgrades, product brand conversions, and new line installation/commissioning under minimal supervision. This role will be the Construction Management SME / Lead for the Capital PMO group and will support MAKE engineering projects at times.
* Establishes project timelines, objectives, priorities, and targets.
Responsible for developing project budgets, acquiring bids, preparing funding requests and obtaining Capital Appropriation approval from senior leadership.
* Lead multi-functional teams (internal and external to Engineering) and influence business decisions around optimal scope approaches.
Supervise the activities of a multi-disciplined staff that may change in size and composition from project to project.
