Job Description:

主要工作职责：

l  负责产品销售工作，完成销售指标，并为客户提供专业性支持。

l  参与市场策略及计划地制定，提供深入的市场反馈信息。结合自己所负责的市场情况选择适合的产品策略。

l  执行市场策略并制定所负责区域内重点客户的合作发展策略及计划，并执行计划。

l  合理使用公司各项资源，对自己所负责的市场的进行预算规划和管理，费用控制在合理的范围内。

l  按要求完成高效执行（客户拜访、跟台、科室会）以合法合规的方式积极收集市场信息（包括竞争对手信息）。按要求完成各类销售、市场报告。

l  医院管理者日常拜访，学习了解医院管理政策和国家医疗管理政策，结合管理政策做好业务发展的风险管理。

l  掌握扎实的产品知识及娴熟的销售技巧。完成公司组织的成长型/知识型培训。

l  与客户建立专业及良好的关系，保持和维护公司形象。
