Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a manager, Japan Commercial Marketing to join our pharmaceutical business located at our Tokyo site.

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Japan Commercial Marketing leads the development and execution of the Commercial Marketing Strategy and tactics to achieve the defined business objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with all applicable national and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Drive customer & consumer acquisition/ retention/ engagement in hospital and clinics via integrated marketing mix for sales growth.


* Lead the digital strategy to optimize targeting and content creation and devise a mechanism for measuring effectiveness and ROI.


* Implement marketing tasks to develop product segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies while optimizing resource allocation and prioritization by designing and implementing market research, insight generation, and competitor and customer data analysis


* Drive the business together with the Japan sales and other function members to achieve company objectives


* Develop and align the Business Planning forecast to help manage the consumption/demand for the Japan business


* Develops market-appropriate promotional tools and demand generation programs that help to drive growth in the US


* Engages with the sales team and customers proactively with structured and purposeful visits

QUALIFICATIONS

Required


* Bachelor's Degree required.

MBA preferred.


* 3+ years of experience in marketing in Pharmaceutical Industry or management consulting


* Deep understanding of Market Analytics, Brand Strategy, Pricing Strategy, and Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
