Job Description:

Candidate work under PFA training team, include below key jobs


* Create series of PFA training course and contents, online and offline


* Develop procedure workflow for current and future PFA


* Develop PFA training tools

Beside that, candidate also need to host internal and external training programs, and work with digital team to develop PFA and EP related AI function, make sure physicians access and understand the contents created.

To achieve these, we need candidate with very deep knowledge of PFA and EP, candidate could lead clnical managers and PE team to improve internal capability, and work with KOLs to elevate the PFA standard of care.

Candidate needs work with Chen Long for CartoSmart develop for PFA as well.

To make sure all the KPI works and related to a better clinical outcome.
