Senior Program Analyst

Description & Requirements

This position requires advanced expertise in program management, data analysis, and operational coordination to ensure the effective planning, execution, and oversight of complex IT and cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to evaluate program performance, identify risks, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting mission objectives by tracking deliverables, preparing reports, coordinating task order activities, and ensuring alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy standards.

This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site position that requires a Secret clearance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents, and surveys.

- Publish results for utilization by internal and external clients, as appropriate.

- Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems.

- Ensure data accuracy and validate all data collection methods used in reporting projects.

- Evaluate data quality, applications and functions, produce output, maintain reporting operations, and documentation.

- Research new data sources and analytical tools.

- Contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.

- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes, and providing production support to the operation.

- Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management and/or the client as appropriate.

- Analyze existing systems, programs, policies and organizational processes and recommend enhancements and improved solutions.

- Manage efficient execution of business meetings with internal project staff, clients and/or project vendors.

- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

- Document best practices and continuously measure outcomes for desired results.

- Work effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



* Provide program and project management support across IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise network initiatives, ensuring all activities align with Government priorities, budgets, and schedules


* Support IT and network acquisition planning, including requirements identification, market research, contract data analysis, and documentation of procurement justifications and funding requests
