Behavioral Health Therapist / Clinical Psychologist – Ambulatory Psychiatry

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days.

You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus.

You will work at 2275 Deming Way.

This is a hybrid position.

You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.

Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to:


* Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.


* Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.


* Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.


* Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.


* Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.

If Behavioral Health Therapist:

Education:


* Minimum - Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field

Work Experience:


* Minimum - 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults


* Preferred - 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults

Licenses and Certifications:


* Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or


* Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or


* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and


* Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
