Transmission Services Specialist – Salary Range: $87,950 – $112,190


* Lead Specialist – Salary Range: $97,580 – $126,790

SPP is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist to play a key role in supporting and managing the Transmission Service Studies process.

This role is responsible for overseeing various business and technical functions that ensure compliance with the SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT), NAESB, FERC/NERC regulations, and internal policies.

This position requires strong analytical skills, technical judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The Specialist will regularly engage with internal teams, external stakeholders, and policy decision-makers to coordinate study activities, analyze data, and support the integrity and efficiency of SPP’s Transmission Services operations.
