Electro-Mechanical Technician - (Automation Engineer Senior Analyst)

As an Automation Engineering Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and advancing our pharmacy automation systems.

Responsibilities
* Perform advanced maintenance and service on automated pharmacy equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using technical drawings and schematics.
* Diagnose and repair faulty electrical components (motors, controllers, circuit boards, power supplies, IO modules).
* Repair and maintain mechanical systems (gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, robots, pneumatic components).
* Execute equipment modifications and upgrades; help manage spare parts inventory.
* Ensure reliability of automation equipment through preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders.
* Monitor system performance with inspections, diagnostic tools, and monitoring equipment.
* Document all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - MAXIMO).
* Complete required training for compliance and skill development.
* Occasionally travel to other sites or vendor locations for training.
Qualifications
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems (including use of meters).
* Experience with motors, motor controllers, and variable frequency drives.
* Ability to repair, set up, and tune complex mechanical and pneumatic systems.
* Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics.
* Skilled use of tools and adherence to repair procedures for precision electro-mechanical machinery.
* Practical knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and CMMS.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and a rotating shift schedule.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
Shift Schedule
* 2-week rotation:
+ Week 1: Mon/Tues/Fri 5AM-5PM; Sat 5AM-3:30PM (46 hours)
+ Week 2: Sun 5AM-3:30PM; Wed/Thurs 5AM-5PM (34 hours)
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
