What You'll Do
As a valued CNA team member, you will:

? Provide daily care and personal support based on each resident's care plan
? Monitor and report resident status changes promptly
? Build warm, respectful connections with residents and families
?️ Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, comfort, and safety needs
? Accurately document care activities and follow all facility procedures
? Respond to call lights quickly and ensure ongoing resident well-being
? Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
? Help create a calm, respectful, and positive care environment every shift

What We're Looking For
✔ Active California CNA certification in good standing
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A caring attitude and desire to support residents with dignity and respect
✔ Reliability and professionalism — especially during the overnight hours
