Claims Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Claims Business Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive analysis and actionable insights to support the Claims organization.

This role leverages deep expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive strategic process improvements, inform executive decision-making, and enhance claims outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:


* Support data needs of Claims Actuarial team for their monthly and quarterly reports.

Implement new data splits and improvements as needed.


* Design, develop, and automate advanced dashboards and reports leveraging BI tools, strategic data products and latest technology.


* Analyze large, complex claims datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvement.


* Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, support claims data committee, and fulfill ad hoc data analytics requests.


* Collaborate with Claims, IT, and cross-functional business units to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust analytical solutions.

Verify that key data attributes are accurate and meet reporting needs.


* Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.


* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging BI technologies.


* Manage and mentor 1-2 onshore or offshore junior analysts or BI developers.
