Human Resources Assistant - Learning Management & Compliance

NHC is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant (Learning Management & Compliance) to support our RELIAS Learning Management System, ensure organizational training compliance, and assist with onboarding-related regulatory processes.

This role also serves as the backup RELIAS administrator and supports background check workflows.
Key Responsibilities


* Assist with daily RELIAS LMS administration, including user data, assignments, and system support


* Track training completion and compliance across all NHC service lines


* Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership


* Support regulatory compliance (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, state requirements) and maintain audit-ready documentation


* Coordinate background checks for new hires and transfers


* Assist with onboarding, learning initiatives, and uploading/maintaining training content

Qualifications


* Experience in healthcare or long-term care compliance (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, state regulations) is strongly preferred.


* Experience with HRIS integration and reporting tools preferred.
