Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist at Chester County Dentistry for Children, you play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventive care while ensuring each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.


* Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized home care.


* Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


* Maintain accurate clinical records, documenting assessments, treatments, and recommendations.


* Follow strict infection control protocols and ensure a clean, organized operatory.


* Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques, tools, and technologies.


* Support the clinical team by monitoring inventory and maintaining hygiene-related supplies.


* Foster a welcoming, positive environment for patients and team members.

Qualifications:


* Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.


* Active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.


* 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


* Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.

Work Environment:


* Dental operatory setting with cleanings and assessments.


* May require standing for extended periods and exposure to dental equipment and materials.
