Job Description:

Main areas of responsibility

Ensure effective sales of the Phaco equipment with Presentation, effective and successful demos ,winning  commercial discussion and closures.

Should conduct successful Applications to ensure surgeon’s adaptation on our technologies and equipment.

Closely work with service team to address any technical issue or concern faced by Surgeons to provide relevant and quick solutions

Strongly coordinate with IOL Team Members for Lead generation and maintaining a healthy funnel.

Achieve or exceed the annual and quarterly sales objectives through the use of selling skills, excellent demos, successful and timely application, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material, engagement activities consistent with marketing objectives and eventually increase the overall Installation base and Market share.

Should be good at building relationship with internal and external customers (Doctors/KOLS/Distributors/Peers and Superiors).

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring competitor activity and market trends, recommending solutions and implementing corrective actions based on facts and data information.

Effectively collaborate with the ASM and other cross functional teams for constant up selling opportunities for premium IOL’s

Ensuring timely collection of data and submission of report to their manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education required for competent performance:

A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) MBA will be an added advantage

Minimum 4 – 6 years sale experience in Medical Devices and consumables with at least 2 years’ experience in equipment selling
