主な職務及び責務 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:


* ラボの品質システムの実装、改善、調和に責任を持つ。


* Empower サイト管理者として Empower システムを適切に管理し、Empowerシステムアップデートの Projectをleadし、サイトの活動を完了する。


* DPDS や他拠点と富士間での分析手法の移管をリードする。NPIのQC SMEとして、新製品LauchのQC活動をleadする。 


* すべてのラボ システムが GMP/GCTP および J&J ガイドラインおよび品質基準に準拠していること を確認する責任がある。これには、ラボ システムの規制当局への提出やサブシステム オーナーへ のサポートも含まれる。


* 試験室システムを支援する活動を実施する。安定性試験プログラム管理、変更管理、Empowerなど。 ファイナンス目標、効率性、生産性を向上させ、アジリティとフロースループットの向上、コストの削 減、サイクルタイム、在庫の削減、パフォーマンスの改善、エラーの削減を目的としたラボ内のプロ ジェクトをリードおよびサポートする。


* 安全かつ規制要件に準拠し、トレーニング マトリックスで定義されているとおりに作業するために必 要な、必要な GMP/GCTP、EHS、および役割関連のトレーニングを受ける。 GMP/GCTP コンプライアンス、恒久的な監査準備、コンプライアンス リスクと違反の特定を積極的 にサポートする。


* 品質管理マネージャーまたはラボ リーダーによって割り当てられたその他の職務。



* Responsible for implementation, improvement and harmonization of laboratory quality systems.
