We are searching for the best talent for Business Unit Manager Inmunology to be in Bogotá, Colombia.

Purpose: 
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to manage our Immunology Business Unit.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic area strategies aimed at expanding patient access and driving sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for:

Lead the Business Unit Strategy: Define and execute commercial and marketing strategies for the Immunology portfolio to achieve business objectives.

Drive Performance: Ensure strong financial results and strategic alignment with regional priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a high-performing cross-functional team (CFT) including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, and other relevant functions.

Collaborate Globally: Act as a key liaison with regional teams to ensure alignment and leverage best practices.

Patient-Centric Focus: Develop initiatives that increase patient access and improve outcomes within the therapeutic area.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Graduated professionals

Proven experience in business unit management or franchise leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Experience in High cost products is required

Desirable strong understanding of Immunology therapeutic areas and market dynamics.
