Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team.

Responsibilities


* Provide hands-on care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support


* Assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful and dignified manner


* Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team


* Maintain accurate documentation per state and facility guidelines


* Help promote a clean, safe, and caring environment for all residents

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Skilled nursing experience preferred — new grads welcome!
