The Machine Operator / Tech independently operates automated high-speed lithium-ion battery production machines within a clean-room environment.

Machine Operator / Tech Essential Qualifications:


* High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or 1-2 years of prior experience in the functional area required


* Proficient in the English language, encompassing adeptness in reading, writing, and verbal communication


* Prior 1-2 years Machine Operator and/or Skilled Machine Technician experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment


* Demonstrated proficiency in sub-assemblies, drive units, and equipment rebuilds


* Experience with preventative maintenance and 4S or 5S safety protocols

Machine Operator / Tech Responsibilities:


* Complying with and promoting adherence to safety policies and procedures during the execution of responsibilities.


* Responsible for the independent operation of multiple production machines to ensure continuous and uninterrupted performance, including implementing proactive measures, diagnosing and resolving operational issues, and executing machine recovery procedures as necessary.


* Executing advanced proactive and reactive maintenance activities such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), thorough cleaning, tensioning, pressure adjustments, and equipment modifications.
