Responsibilities include:


* Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers, generate new business for MV Switchgear IBS.


* Achieve assigned sales & BD targets for MV Switchgear IBS and drive sales independently.


* Prepare and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share.


* Regular visits to all assigned existing & new accounts, generate opportunity pipeline, drive R&M solutions and provide solutions as per customer requirement.


* Map potential market, emerging opportunities and competitor activities in the assigned region.


* Responsible right from enquiry generation, tendering, estimation, offer submission, techno-commercial closure, order booking, collection & closure of the contract.


* Ensure compliance with technical & commercial requirements during bid preparation.


* Track sales performance, market trends & customer feedback.

Functional Competencies:

Should have good tech knowledge of MV Switchgear, Substation automation & keen to drive digital offerings as well.

Should have good communication, negotiation, presentation skill.

Fluent in English/Hindi/Regional language.

Should have basic knowledge of MS-Office/SAP.

Frequent travel > 75% per month.

Qualifications - External

B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical)

Experience: 8 - 12 years
