What will you do?


* Manage projects from the various small size package projects to the big and complex projects for the Digital Energy division.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Technical Skills & Knowledge
+ Practical skills in project and site management
+ Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects/sites from initiation to completion (order receipt, design, implementation, delivery, financial closure).
+ Basic knowledge and practical ability in schedule management, cost control, risk management, and quality control.
+ Knowledge of contract and procurement management
+ Experience in managing customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and negotiating contract terms (delivery dates, payment terms, warranties, etc.).
+ Experience in at least one critical project area: data centers, pharmaceutical/clean rooms, semiconductor-related projects.


* IT Tools
+ Collaboration tools
+ Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
+ Documentation and reporting tools
+ Microsoft Excel (budget and progress management), PowerPoint (reporting materials), Word (contracts and specifications)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Certifications (Domestic and International)


* Chief Engineer (Electrical Work) - Certified electrical engineer or someone with equivalent or higher knowledge and skills.


* TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency
- Required English communication skills for coordination and reporting with overseas teams.
