Salary: Circa £24,638 per annum Plus, great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

Permanent, Full time (37.5 Hours per week)

What you’ll do


* Supporting young people, aged 16-25, who may be facing homelessness, mental health challenges, exploitation or substance abuse, helping them to develop the skills to live independently.


* Encouraging and empowering young people to achieve their goals, whether it’s finding stable housing, securing employment or building confidence.


* Helping with day to day takes such as budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation.


* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.


* Cuppas, chats and catch ups.

Working alongside a supportive team you will take the time to build real connections with young people and guide them through life’s challenges.

* A passion for supporting young people to grow, develop and succeed


* Experience in care, youth work, or a similar setting, or a personal understanding of the challenges young people face
