Bar Supervisor

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life!

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is set to open in 2025, offering a free-spirited experience for our guests enriched with local culture.

Nestled in the heart of the neighbourhood and built on the site of the White Priory, we embrace the concept of storytelling-by-design.

Artefacts rescued from the site are now showcased in the Gloucester Museum, linking our hotel to this city’s multi-layered history.

As Gloucester thrives with its diverse industries and culture, Hotel Indigo will become a vibrant part of the city’s evolving narrative.

As a Bar Supervisor (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties…


* Welcoming our guests and leading by example on the bar - ensuring warm, engaging, and personalised service at all times.

You’ll be confident in recommending drinks and knowledgeable about our full bar offering.


* Supervising and supporting the bar team - helping to create a positive, professional and enjoyable working environment while maintaining high service standards.


* Working closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience, communicating clearly and positively at all times.


* Maintaining awareness of drink ingredients, intolerances and allergies - ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and guest safety remains a priority.

Excellent communication and a personable approach are essential for this role!
