Payroll Compliance Employment Verification Specialist

Position Summary:
This position fills out any verification's for associates.

This position will work with electronic files and paper documents.

Desired Previous Job Experience/Qualifications:



* Exposure to various software programs and mainframe is a plus.

Minimum Position Qualifications:


* Advanced computer skills.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to communicate with all levels including upper management.


* Strong analytical skills, with a technical aptitude.


* Must be able to use tact and discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.


* Ability to work within strict deadlines and willingness to adjust work hours accordingly.


* Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.


* Ability to recognize, research, and resolve various errors that may occur.

Determine the best approach for a solution.


* Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to function effectively in a multi-task environment.


* Physical ability to access all necessary files.

Essential Job Functions:



* Obtain and review all paper and email verifications documents sent by Payroll.


* Review and process or reroute verifications as needed.


* Take phone calls from associates and third party vendors requesting information.


* Communicate with various levels of management regarding payroll and associate personnel information.


* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
