Regional Quality Management Systems Leader
Your Job
We are looking for a Regional Quality Management Systems Leader to join Molex's Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division.
In this role, you'll lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across multiple North American sites.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, drive continuous improvement, prepare for internal and external audits, and champion best practices that enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

You'll be part of the DSS Global Quality team, collaborating closely with design centers, manufacturing plants, and Molex's Global QMS team.

What You Will Do
* Align North America QMS with organizational purpose and strategic direction to improve new product development execution, reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ), and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Partner with design centers and plants to implement quality improvement initiatives and leverage technology to transform QMS from "audit-ready" to "best-in-class."
* Identify and lead proactive QMS improvements based on product and customer needs; hold stakeholders accountable for execution.
* Collaborate with Molex Global QMS team and site representatives to standardize policies and procedures, incorporating regulatory and customer requirements.
* Develop and standardize audit processes, schedules, and corrective actions; introduce advanced audits such as LPA and Gemba walks.
* Ensure robust site-level preparedness for third-party and customer audits throughout the year.
* Deliver training on QMS standards, procedures, and tools; provide customized coaching to strengthen understanding of "what" and "why" behind QMS.
* Lead KPI measurement and management reviews to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
* Maintain documented QMS procedures, ensure compliance, and implement digital process maps for streamlined access and storage.
* Capture and manage CSR updates; perform gap analyses to ensure compliance.
* Execute APQP tools and ensure strong linkage between FMEA, control plans, PPAP, and related deliverables.
* Champion technology-driven initiatives to eliminate manual processes and optimize quality systems.
* Lead development of new QMS standards or scope changes (ISO 9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485).
* Ensure robust QMS execution and internal audit programs at remote support locations (IATF RSLs).
* Share best practices and digital quality tools across North America to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
