STNA Transportation Driver

What You'll Do:


* Scheduling and tracking residents' appointments


* Transport residents to medical appointments, dialysis and other approved outpatient appointments


* Provide physical assistance and use proper transfer techniques to help residents in and out of vehicles


* Ensure wheelchair bound residents are properly secure


* Assist nursing staff with resident care duties when not driving


* Maintain accurate transport records and documentation


* Comply with HIPPA and infection control standards at all times

What do I need for this role?


* Must be at least 21 years old.


* STNA Certification required.


* Valid Ohio driver's license required.


* Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
